They last about as long as 2 packs of cigs, and cost about the same. If you like them, you can buy a rechargeable kit. with different levels of niccotine. Tammy is using "blue" brand and really enjoys the cherry flavor.

She went to a laser treatment. It was a one hour treatment. You do NEED to want to quit and two give it an honest try. They offered follow up treatment if she needed it ( she did it with just the one visit). It cost around $195 for the treatment but we saved that in the first month, or was it the first week, she was hooked bad. She swears by the method and tells every who want to quit about it. If anyone is interested about it , she is more then willing to talk to you about it.

Sea Worthy Posts: 156 01/19/12 10:28 PM	I get my E-cigarettes at Sams. They seem to have the best one. The starter pack concist of the white part (battery) and the brown part (cartridge). The battery you charge on computer. It's best to by two, one charging while you are smoking the other. You get 20 cartridges for 40 dollars. A cartridge last a little more than a day. The cartridge is nuttin more that liquid nicotine. You can smoke the E-cigs anywhere, including the Docs office. I feel a lot better. no coughing. Got my smell and taste back and my lungs feel fine.
