Posts: 7778 04/02/10 06:48 PM Captain USCG Licensed NEW SMYRNA DELTONA	Get ya a 5 gallon bucket and soak the net in fabric softener...this is recommended for cast nets, frame nets, dip nets...I like to soak for 24 hours....and shake it dry, and let it air dry on it's own. The best time to soak your net is at the end of the season before your store it away. Great Question! Posts: 533 05/22/10 12:05 PM	I wrap mine up in a black plastic garbage bag. If it gets a little stiff I pour a basket of tennis balls in it for a few days. That makes the net "stand open" a lot better. Frankk

I go to Walmart and get some RIT [GREEN] and soak in 5 gallon bucket for a night, rinse on drive way and let dry. My bait does NOT see it coming..
