Thursday Paula and I headed back down to the river to check our traps.  We had them "soaking" for 3 days hoping to have a good pull.

We pulled the first trap

Things were looking good!!

But the rest of the traps were empty.  So we re-set and relocated the traps and will check again next week.

We kept only the larger claw even though both were legal



this one measured 4 1/2" from tip to joint.
