Due to the size of our community, we are going to break down this year's shrimp tournament into 2 parts and make this as fair as possible for everyone to enjoy.
Quick read version of contest:
a) Upload a picture of your bucket, count or longest shrimp in with your report.
b) Put Date and Capt Lee written on paper and placed in the picture for all to see
c) Measure longest shrimp on ruler we can see, give me your take on the size

Note: Captain will design an award in your profile for the longest shrimp contest winners, so all members will see your win/medal every time you post!
How to Win LEDGreenie(tm) - Every shrimp report you post you get one (1 or 2) tickets into the "report lottery" drawing. At the end of the tournament, 1 ticket will be pulled from all eligible entry's on February 1st at 6pm and the winner will be announced.
You are allowed to win only 1 lottery per season. A season is defined as Dec 1st 2010- June 30th 2011.
Rules: Recreational shrimpers only, NO commercial folks who profit from shrimp harvesting
Report & NO Pictures = 1 ticket in drawing.
Report WITH PICTURES = 2 tickets in drawing
a) Submit a pic of your catch in a bucket or bowl with your report or a pic from your outting. I will upload your pic for you until you figure it out.
b) A piece of paper with the date and the words, "Capt Lee" must be in the picture with the shrimp.

c) Shrimp must have been caught in Florida and must be a BROWN, PINK, OAKHILL RED or RUBY specie.
d) You have 48 hours from the time you shrimped to submit your entry. NO EXCEPTIONS.
d) You must be a member of this community and have a minimum of one post in any forum 24 hours BEFORE you enter report.
e) The Captain has the right to disqualify any entry or the right to include an entry.
f) The website is authorized to use any picture & your name uploaded for marketing rights or publication in a magazine.
Please tell us what you measure the shrimp to be. We reserve the right to determine the actual size. DO NOT eat the shrimp until your entry size is free of dispute or questions by any of the LeeNoga.com Directors. If you disagree with an entry's size, please email leenoga@cfl.rr.com and state the grievance.
Note: Shrimp can be harvested by dipping, use of a frame net or traps.

PART II: Longest Shrimp Contest
Prize: (3) total -->Custom Made Mirror Metal License Plate with raised laser 3-D shrimp, awarded by region
a) Region 1: Titusville, Haulover, RR Bridge, Eu Galle, T-Ville Pier etc.
b) Region 2: NSB/Edgewater/Lopez/Oak Hill area
c) Region 3: Will add South of Melbourne, Indian County if enough participate.
Note: Captain will design an award in your profile, so all members will see your win every time you post!

Note: We need to be able to read tape measure, yard sticks will jip you, use detailed measuring device. A 1/16th of an inch matters.
