The high school bowling teams I coach are having a pancake breakfast fundraiser at Aunt Catfish's in Port Orange that day from 8:00am - 10:00am. Since I am the head coach, I have to be there. Specialist can tell us more about the ramp location, he put it in another thread a 2 months ago somewhere....he will find it. Specialist what time should we get started in the morning...you will need about an hour to lecture & demonstrate? Is there a covered place off to the side at the ramp for you to lecture? There is a covered pavillion, but I'll have to see if it's reserved or what it takes. I'll call today. How many people would want castnetting lessons prior to getting out on the water? How many want the lessons and will be bringing their own boat? These two questions, when answered will help me considerably to finalize everything else. South Daytona

Once you give me a time, I will mass email our members to let them know this is going on. We need to firm up the rest of the plans... Were gonna eat some shrimp after the fact, so we need propane and burner, I have the burner and propane. Do we need a couple? We are gonna boil and do some peel and eats on site and discuss the day on the water as a final wrap up to the seminar. I will have the summer website shirts there for those that placed a pre-order, I will bring extra's...we have white and lime green [$20 for M-XL, $25 for XXL and up, these are fundraiser tools for the site]. Posts: 3394 08/21/10 12:08 PM - 2 Limits 2012 - 10 Limits 2011	I wasn't able to make the phone call yesterday. Even if we can't get the pavillion, there is plenty of open space to do what we want. Due to the heat, I recommend that we meet at 7:00am. The early morning or late evening is the best time to go due to the heat, but the darkness is a big hurdle to doing anything after throwing nets at dusk. I propose the following schedule, please modify as you think necessary: 7:00am - meet at Veteran's Memorial Park (Big Tree) 7:10am - start net throwing demos 7:30am - launch boats 11:30am - trailer boats/set up cooking area 12:00pm - net taping demo 12:30pm - lunch and meet and greet I have a gas tank and burner, but the pot I use on it is only about 1 or 2 gallons. I only use it for frying fish. I can bring it and it will boil shrimp, but not as large a quantity of shrimp as a pot for frying turkey's. I also can bring my pop up tent again. South Daytona
