Stopped by this bait shop. They had dip nets and all kinds of traps. Dip nets were different from what I have seem as far as the hoops or heads were not on the poles. They had three different poles one 10 ft, one that was two parts and the other was three parts( looked cheap). Looked liked you buy the hoop and then the pole for it. Best to call I guess. Call Ron O'brien a site sponsor, for best eqpt, or go to Anchor Hardware just north of Riverbreeze Pk for a reinforced hoop with long sock. Posts: 7624 07/26/10 09:09 PM Captain USCG Licensed NEW SMYRNA DELTONA	I agree, Hon...there is NOTHING more annoying then a weak hoop neck not reinforced. When you dip during a moon event outgoing, that hoop is gonna bend back from stress. You definitely want a Ron O'Brien net..he comes up to Oak Hill flea market x1 month and exhibits during the summer. Give him a call, he will probably be up there the last Sunday of July... Come January, he will be there every Sunday all during shrimp season [he does repairs while you wait]. Ron also puts on a non-taper sock of 2 different mesh sizes....the larger mesh from hoop allows you to push thru the water easier. I strongly recommend his new 2010 net feature, and that is the fence.
