Tournament Type: Any regulated specie [On-line Measure-In via pictures]
Duration: 06/08/10 - Oct 30th, Captain has the right to end the tournament early.
Prizes: (3) Seats/Gift Certificates on a party boat Sea Spirit out of Ponce Inlet [1st, 2nd and 3rd]. You can win only 1 seat per person.

OFF-SHORE - NEAR-SHORE - IN-SHORE - STRUCTURE
You MUST be a member of this site.
You MUST have made at least 1 post on this site BEFORE you caught the fish.
You MUST have Capt Lee & Date written on something, and in the pic with the fish.
You may enter as MANY species as you like - Specie is defined as any Florida fish regulated by a slot regulation.
You may enter only ONE entry per specie.
Valid Entry must be submitted within 72 hours of photographing the fish.
Captain can end the tournament at any time before Oct 30th,
Captain can temp you and offer you a prize to sell off your fish from the leaderboard. Yup, I will compensate you to drop off your entry from the leader board.
Captain will have bonus rounds where you get to add a specific amount of inches to your entry.
Captain reserves the right to accept entries that do not quite meet the guidelines.
HOW DOES THIS TOURNEY WORK?
Example: Mangrove Snapper [regs state min KEEPER is 10"] - Lee catches a 20" mangrove snapper, my fish is 10 inches above the minimum slot. My entry on the leader board is noted as +10 Mangrove.
Lee cannot enter any more mangroves, that was my 1 entry for that specie, but if I catch a 23" flounder, [min slot is 12"], my +11 flounder just knocked off the +10 mangrove for first place. The number of inches over the min slot is your score. [23 inch flounder - 12" min flounder regulation = 11 inches over min. slot], my score is then +11
The picture must have the fish on tape measure, and a card or paper that says:
"Capt Lee Noga", and the DATE.
YOU must photograph this fish well, especially if is over slot & to be released.
If you cannot upload, you send the pic to my email at leenoga AT cfl.rr.com and I will upload for you. This tournament works on the honor system, and the Captain has the right to disqualify any entry without reason. Do the best you can on the measuring.
You have to be 18 or older to enter.

In the event of a tie, the entry submitted first - wins. Any winner has the right to refuse the prize, in the event this happens the prize will be awarded to the next highest score.
